Customers can review the business name, address, phone, website, selected location, maps and available review links. Business information is provided by the business and should be independently reviewed by the customer.

NextOpening is designed to connect customers and local businesses without pretending a marketplace can eliminate every risk. We provide clear business information and a traceable reservation workflow so both sides can make informed decisions.
Reservation confirmation
A request is not confirmed until the business accepts it. Secure reservation access is sent to the customer.
Mutual check-in
Customer and business confirm presence through the secure check-in workflow before service.
Completion & reviews
Both sides confirm completion. Verified completed services can generate internal NextOpening ratings and a service receipt. Conflicting completion responses can become disputes for review.
Payment
The customer pays the business directly. NextOpening does not collect the service payment.
Security records
Important security and transaction events are logged server-side. Serious security patterns can be escalated to the administrator while ordinary mistakes are handled without unnecessary disruption.
