Referral Fee & Invoice Policy

NextOpening’s standard referral fee is 20% of the locked completed-service price for a qualifying verified completed referral.

A qualifying invoice generally requires a NextOpening reservation, mutual verified check-in before the service, and completion verification. If completion is disputed, the invoice may be held or disputed pending review.

Each billable transaction receives its own invoice. The invoice is emailed to the business and shown in the dashboard. Daily statements may summarize outstanding invoices. This build does not automatically charge a stored card and contains no Stripe billing integration.

Admin may mark invoices Paid, Waived, or Disputed with an audit trail. Original transaction amounts remain preserved even when an adjustment is made.
