Privacy Policy
NextOpening is operated by Ermias Ventures LLC. The platform may collect business account identifiers, guest customer name/email/phone information, business information, reservation details, transaction status, check-in timestamps, ratings, communications, security/session hashes, approximate location when the user grants permission, and audit records.
Purpose
Data is used to operate reservations, verify marketplace transactions, prevent abuse, send transactional notices, create invoices, resolve disputes, measure marketing attribution, secure accounts, and improve NextOpening.
Check-in security
Secure reservation tokens and one-time codes are protected using server-side hashing/derivation. Sensitive workflow writes are handled by trusted Cloud Functions rather than direct public Firestore writes.
Photos
Business-uploaded photos are stored in controlled storage paths. NextOpening’s fallback library is restricted to approved real photographs that NextOpening is authorized to use. Representative fallback images do not necessarily depict the listed business.
Retention
NextOpening may retain transaction, invoice, complaint, enforcement, and audit records as reasonably necessary for marketplace integrity, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations, including after an account is suspended or soft-removed.
Sharing
NextOpening does not sell transaction records as a product. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate hosting, authentication, email/SMS delivery, security, or other platform functions, subject to their applicable terms and configuration.

Marketing preferences
NextOpening sends promotional deal emails only when a customer chooses to receive them. Customers can choose similar-service alerts, all-deal alerts, and a preferred frequency, and can use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails. Reservation, confirmation, reminder, cancellation, and account-security messages are transactional and are not controlled by promotional-email preferences.
Website analytics
NextOpening uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic, including pages visited, general traffic source, device type, and broad geographic information. NextOpening does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, reservation codes, secure tokens, URL query-string values, or form-entered customer information to Google Analytics. Analytics data is used to improve the site and understand which outreach channels are effective.
