NextOpening Business Agreement
Operator: Ermias Ventures LLC Version: 2026-08-14-v4
Independent business
The business remains an independent provider and is solely responsible for its services, employees/contractors, permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, safety, service quality, and compliance with applicable law.
Listings and prices
The business must provide accurate availability, service details, and prices. Before any reservation request, the business may edit an opening. Once a reservation request is created, NextOpening snapshots the advertised price; after the business accepts, that price is locked for that reservation and cannot be raised through the platform.
Booking cutoff
The business chooses a lead time, such as 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes, or a permitted custom value. NextOpening automatically closes new reservations when the cutoff is reached and expires the public opening at the scheduled start time.
External postings and availability control
If the business offers the same opening through Facebook, Instagram, its website, another booking system, phone, direct message, or another channel, the business must keep NextOpening availability accurate. The business agrees to use the STOP RESERVATIONS or Filled Elsewhere controls promptly when the slot is no longer available. A NextOpening customer request is temporarily held and remains pending until the business explicitly accepts it.
Notification routing
Reservation requests, transaction invoices, and related business notices are routed by the opening's Business ID to the verified notification email stored on that business account. The business is responsible for maintaining access to its verified notification address and promptly updating it through approved verification procedures.
Referral fee
For a qualifying verified completed NextOpening referral, the business agrees to a referral fee equal to 20% of the locked completed-service price shown in the reservation. Tips are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise. Taxes, add-ons, refunds, partial services, and adjustments must be handled according to the Referral Fee & Invoice Policy.
Mutual verified check-in
The business agrees to authenticate into its account and complete the single-use reservation check-in with the customer before service begins. Attempts to avoid or falsify check-in, move a NextOpening customer off-platform to evade the fee, or alter transaction evidence may result in suspension or removal.
Invoice and payment
Once the transaction reaches the billable verification standard, NextOpening generates a transaction invoice and queues an immediate email to the business. This build does not use Stripe and does not automatically charge a stored card. Invoices remain Due until paid, waived, disputed, or otherwise resolved by NextOpening. Daily statements may group outstanding invoices for convenience without erasing the individual transaction invoices.
Photos
The business represents that it owns or has sufficient rights to any photo it uploads and grants NextOpening permission to display and promote it in connection with its listing. If the business supplies no photo, NextOpening may use an approved real licensed/owned representative stock image. A stock image may not depict the exact business, employee, location, equipment, or finished work.
Enforcement
NextOpening may warn, suspend, reinstate, hide/remove openings, cancel reservations, dispute invoices, moderate reviews, and soft-remove accounts for policy violations. Suspension/soft removal may preserve transaction, invoice, complaint, and audit records. Permanent deletion is a separate administrative action.
Electronic acceptance
The business’s authenticated acceptance is recorded with the business account, agreement version, user ID, and server timestamp.
Pre-launch draft. Obtain legal review before public commercial launch.
